All products contain BIM files and are prepared for simply insertion in a BIM model. In addition to BIM files, available in various formats, the products still contain CAD files, catalogues and technical documents.
Our files are developed thinking about the various types of users and the various stages of the construction cycle.
ARE LIGHT
The products are modeled in native softwares acording to predefined rules, to ensure a clean and optmized geometry.
WITH DIFFERENT LEVEL OF DETAIL
We include different levels of detail (LOD) to use in different scales and projects phases.
All products contain an attribute template filled with information relevant to its entire life cycle. The set of attributes is defined by category and follows international standards and best practices of the industry to meet the requirements and needs of all stakeholders in the design, construction or maintenance phases.
Key data is included in the files so that the user can handle the type of information that needs according to the different phases of the project and purpose.
All products have a specific page where its main features are highlighted and all product information is available defined by attribute groups.
You can print or export the technical data of the selected product to a spreadsheet.
bimK® search engine uses the elastic search technology: describe what you need and it will quickly find the appropriate response in a simple and intuitive way.
Available search filters allow you to search and filter results by specific properties such as brand, type of use, consumption, materials, manufacturing location and colour, among others.
You can also use filters to search products by category, using standards such as Uniclass, OmniClass or MasterFormat.
